Located in the heart of Buckhead just up the block from another Studio company (Intown Golf Club), The Perlant is redefining what it means to create a community. It’s a space where members can gather, work, relax, dine, and enjoy a world-class collection of wine. As the intersection of home and office, The Perlant provides morning coffee service, lunch, dinner, and snacks and beverages throughout the day. Members also enjoy wine-focused programming, exclusive wine travel, concierge services, a full-service wine bar, private restaurant, special events, and more.

The Beginning of a Vision

The story of The Perlant began with Christian Ries, an entrepreneur with a passion for building community and a deep connection to wine culture. As a Level One Sommelier and a South Africa native, Christian always envisioned creating a space that embodied the magic of wine country, right here in Atlanta.

The idea took shape during his time as a Studio Entrepreneur in the Atlanta Ventures Studio. Christian pitched a bold vision: a social club rooted in wine.

After months of customer discovery and research, the team decided to bring this dream to life. Following an exhaustive search for the perfect location, they landed on the space next door to IGC. With the design expertise of Ai3, Christian and the team created a flagship location inspired by Napa Valley’s mid-century modern warmth and elegance.

Christian’s drive, coupled with his entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in wine, made him the ideal person to bring this vision to life. The Perlant is more than just a social club—it’s a carefully curated experience that connects people through shared interests and world-class hospitality.

The Perlant’s focus on creating intentional spaces for its members reflects the power of connection and the beauty of shared experiences. With over 300 members joining ahead of its January 2025 opening, it’s clear this concept is already resonating deeply with Atlanta’s community.
